Each visit provides critical education and reinforces the need for good oral health habits. Referrals are made for othodontic and endodontic care.

The clinic is equipped with the latest technology that includes the gentle new "drill-less" technology that can frequently be used in place of or in conjunction with the drill to make procedures more comfortable. Advantages of "Drill-less" technology include:

• No vibration
• No whirring sound
• Considerably less chair time

Thanks to this new technology, The drill-less drill, otherwise known as the kinective cavity preparation (KCP) systems, greatly reduces heat and vibration, two major sources of discomfort traditionally associated with fillings. It also provides a much more conservative preparation which is kinder to the pulp of the tooth. This is why the KCP can be used to prepare a filling without using any "sleepy juice". This is perfect for children since the two things they fear the most are not used.

If your child is evaluated and is recommended for dental care, please return permission slip to their school to receive dental care.

Dr. Nancy Cole is the primary dentist, and has been with the program since its beginning in 2003.
